Bedtime

Post by livingdoll on Wed Jul 07, 2010 7:07 am

Do you have a set time when you go to bed or does it vary each day? Do you need at least 8 hours sleep each night to be able to function properly?

I've never been one for sleeping,

I have about 3 hours sleep and don't seem to need any more. The only thing
about that is, when everyone is asleep, I'm on my own and it does get you
down sometimes. I do get a good full 8 hours some nights though but it's
few and far between. That's when I'm told I snore Laughing

I'm up at 6 in every morning (apart from Sunday) and go to work, on days
off I still go out, so it's not because I'm a lazy bugger in the day. Laughing

Now I've retired I can go to bed as late as I Like and don't have to worry about getting up for work, but no matter how late I go I'm still up at the crack of dawn!
